Nice one Sim.
We may have to make it 44 as may have another guy + guest coming from work who has just bought a 2011 Saloon STi 320.

Lol, Simba. Well, as I told you I sent them an e-mail today to double check your order and also asked for possibly 2 more places as SilverSurfer maybe brings two more people. So far I didn't get anything back. But, as you said, they open only on 3rd March, so they might not be in regularly yet. Anyway, I'll stay on the case and let you know as soon as I've got a reply.

@ Ian

Anyway, I just had a phonecall from an office that takes all the phonecalls and e-mail until the Steakhouse opens. The man had seen that I had tried to phone a few times and rang me back. He told me that the order for Saturday for 42 people is ok, and if we bring two more it will be fine, too. I told him when we know the exact number we will tell them. Anyway, he said tomorrow he will send me an additional e-mail so that we have something in writing, too.

Seems as if tomorrow has already arrived, as I just got the e-mail with the ok.

@ Simba: The man wrote that they would still need the time when we would like to have dinner on the Saturday. If you could tell me, I'll e-mail it to him and then I will send you a copy of everything so that you've got everything together.

Quality..... if they can send a menu we could also probably pre-order to make their life easier.

I'm loving the " SES German Representative " tag Kerstin.

What an absolute star you are, jumping in to help

I think we need to give your username a distinctive colour, in honour of your hard work for the cause!

Jeez, I nearly fell down dead with laughter, Steve, when I saw the change you made under my username. That's just sweet. Although I'm a bit embarrassed as I didn't do much at all. It's not hard work, I love doing such things. And if anyone of you guys would like me to help with whatever just let me know.

If you guys are up for this I can ask them. Although I think I'll need somebody to help me guide the waiters round when they bring the meals. We did it with the WOC last year and it worked quite well in the end. The difference was that it was only 25 people and I knew most of them. The waiters came out with the meals asking who had ordered them but the restaurant was too loud, so nobody understood them. So I took my list, had a look at the meals in their hands and pointed: This goes there, that goes there.............(with starter, mains and desserts). With us being 44 people and me knowing only about 10 by sight so far that will become fun.

As I said, if you guys are up for it we can do it. Just let me know if you would like me to suggest pre-ordering only the mains or starters and desserts as well.

Ah, you're the one to blame for this then, Martyn. As I said, that's so sweet, but you lot embarrass me. You guys more than deserve a little help from me, after all you made me really welcome on here.

Considering the effort you go to, not just here, but especially on P1 WOC, you deserve it.

Keep up the great work Kerstin, it is appreciated by an awful lot of people

I have heard back from Jackie about the Sunday night. No problem with numbers, so we can all eat together on Saturday and Sunday now, which is cool.

All she asks is we preorder. I will get the menu posted up nearer the time.

Welcome aboard

Its good that we are all together.

Perhaps this year us Hastings boys will have a decent convoy to and from the M20 services.

I'm not getting behind the wheel, I wish .
Just a mere 3 days VIP , starting with a few passenger laps around the grand prix corcuit on the Thursday , and then 2 days racing , the 24 hr racing is on the ring too , which is why we couldn't get into Worzels palace .

Can't fookin wait

That's good that the rooms back up to full qty!

No more room at jackies, we have got every available room already!

If you have someone who would 100% want to go and wouldn't let us down, they might still get a room at the b&b down the road! Please don't ask someone who is just a "maybe" though, we've let them down once already!

Make sure you come and find me on the ferry Si for a little chat please

Yeah, very lucky to survive that one. High centre of gravity and big slides = ouch.

Looks like Eiskurve to me? Just after giving it the 'show-off' beans through Brunchen i guess.

Looks complete madness there, so many people at the main spectator spots, crowds blocking the roads as people do burnouts etc.

That's a pretty horrific looking smash, good to see that BTG is saying that driver and passenger are ok !

That Porsche driver was an arse in the top video, obviously trying to do a bunk and not get the bill for the Armco!

That's a bloody lot of people there too!

Going to miss the convoy out again as we're booked on a boat Tuesday morning for a few days in Belgium (staying in Leuven and Namur). Should be at Jackies mid-afternoon on Friday to welcome the group as it arrives

I'm thinking of starting a new business venture that should generate a healthy income.

Currently looking for a suitable property in Nurburg to open a Mitsubishi Evo Spares Centre.

If there are such facilities already up and running, no problem. Market research suggests that multiple outlets would still prove viable
