Default Side lights staying on when turned off on stalk

I've tried turning the parking light switch off aswell but still no luck, any suggestions?

check the front fog light switch, once pressed it illuminates the sidelights even if not turned "on" on stalk, sounds crazy i know,especially if they have been removed but its how they work.

It might be the switch on top of the steering column
