Default GT5... anyone got it?

Thinking of picking myself a PS3 up so I can get GT5. Is it worth it? Would prob get WRC 2010 and F1 2010 too, possibly COD.

What is odd is that it seems pointless to get a 2nd hand PS3 as theyre so close to the price of a new one!

Read the thread about COD Black Ops, theres a few bits in there about GT5.

I have ordered it on the back of it.

Its very good & at the same time very bad. The cars are perfect in just about everyway. The crowd, trees, stands & things like that are to ps2 levels. After 6years it should of been beter. Still worth getting though the game gets more interesting the further on you get.

I'm enjoying it, BUT hate the premium and standard car ********.

After so long waiting you would have thought they could have made all the cars "premium" spec

^ agreed, the game is good and the graphics are amazing. When I started playing I found that the handeling of the cars was very unrealistic, for example you will b going round a long sweeping bend and you will have to be on full lock, same if going round a tight corner, it doesnt feel like understeer it just feels like the car has a crap turning circle. As you progress through the game and et better cars this become less of a problem. I cant comment on the online aspect yet as I havent been online on GT5 but i'm hoping it will be good!

Worth buying IMO, but worth buying a PS3 just for GT5, no

COD however is brilliant!

well said nige im with you on that one. bought it the day it came out and have played it for 1 hour max and its now gathering dust on top of the tv unit! I just keep returning to COD black ops multi player every time, i just simply prefer the quick load up and play times compared to GT5.
