Does anyone know how to torque the crankshaft pully bolt? Have read that you put it in gear with the brakes on while its tightened but i would have thought there would be a risk of the timing belt slipping on the camshaft wheel teeth.

Torqueing it up by putting it in gear surely puts all the load on the belt ? Can the flywheel somehow be locked by taking the starter moter out?
