Default Bug bulbs??

Hey all,

Just wondering what if any bulbs to upgrade to in my bug. Currently have a horrible yellow glow and when driving last night i realised i cant actually see small country lanes that well.
Dont want the drama of HID fitting kits to be honest. Anyone recommend a good bulb?

I went with the HID kit many years ago. Not difficult to fit, although I didn't do it.Never had any problems and the light quality is fantastic compared to bulbs. Kit wasn't that expensive.

HIDs make a massive improvement on the bugeye morettes, but they have the right style projector lenses for them which helps.

HIDs in the standard bugeye wrx headlamps doesn't look right imo as they're reflector lenses, and also more likely to have MOT problems. I'd go with the best possible uprated bulbs for these lamps.
