Default fuel pump not getting power

hello i have a import 94 wrx impreza

i changed the fuel pump and the filter

its not a imobloiser problem as i turned off manualy

after fitting the new pump it still wasnt working so i checked the old pump direct to battery and worked so it must be somthing else

if any1 has a idea that would be great tnx

i am aware that there is a fuel relay under the steering wheel

if it is the relay does any1 no were i could get 1 from
