Just stumbled across this. Looks a pretty genuine one with decent miles and 1 owner. Is it too dear??

I think its a good price for a clean looking, standard unmolested car.
I would if i was on the look for one. ![]()

Looks clean but I am always doubtful when engine bays are not shown.
If it looked good there would be a photo of it. |

Hi Steve get onto P1Woc and ask if anyone knows the car .
Looks nice , 8 K is at the top end of current P1 prices right now . If your thinking of a P1 then I would strongly recommend you have a look on P1Woc as a few exceptional cars have been for sale recently |

My first thought was " expensive"
Like Clive said, be nice to see a shot of the engine bay! As Martyn said mate, check out P1woc ![]() |

Engine bays are a personnel thing really. On my Evo it was mint. On my Scoob it hasn't been touched. Nothing wrong with eighther car. The most important thing with this p1 in my book & why it might be worth the money is the fact it only has ONE owner from new & if that mileage is proven! Well were can you buy another P1 like that?
If that all stacks up you can ask what you like within reason. |

Got a Gatwick Group numberplate on it, maybe easy to check the history of the car.
Don't see it as being expensive TBH, prices on good P1's are always higher than those with some issues or history. (based on this one being a good'un) As mentioned P1woc would be a good starting point if your interested in a P1 ![]() Be great to see you back in a Subaru matey ![]() |

8K isn't too expensive for the milage actually.
There are P1's for sale at 12 - 13K. May be worth a look Lucky |

![]() No Clive, I have never driven a classic for that matter. Had a blob then the hawk. Always loved the P1's and dont think I would be disappointed in the way they drive as it would be a second car now so the rawer the better!

A lot of people overlook the input from Prodrive as many compare the P1 to other "Subaru" Classics.
I always think back to when I bought my P1 when it was basically a standard model, running 310 bhp rather than the OE 287 when I compare the driving to other models and I've never driven any Scoob that feels like the P1's general balance. The nearest was the RA Classic which has a similar feel by more raw. The P1 feels like a well refined RA. If I had driven a better Scoob I would say so but I haven't driven one that is as much fun and positive around the twisties. I'm sure you will enjoy one if you test drove it. ![]() |

P1 will be soo much difference from the hawkeye
![]() Nicve thing about the P1 is that theres a great following and you'll be in great company at meets and events, the P1woc boys make me feel very welcome and have made some great friendships, even though mines not a P1. ![]() Theres some nice ones to be had Steve, like I said earlier, for the price it seems a nice car and would be good to see you at the P1 annual meet next year. Martyn and myself will be there ![]() |

Some have but it's down to how they have looked after it.
Many guys come into The Woc for advice on buying a P1 and many times we look after them and know of some good P1's for sale depending on budget. |
