Default winter !

I was reading in a Horticultual week today James Madden a meteorologist who has correctly predicted the last two winters says its still going to be a hard winter with snow from mid Dec through to feb and saying stock up with salt etc funny really as not really had a frost yet and we are into mid november we are still mowing some lawns.
