has anyone on here ever made a claim against someone through km?

Yes.

Why.

They were very good, I took my vehicle to my garage a price was worked out by my bodyshop, job done.

its just i worry a bit with all the paper work as it says if i dont win my claim im liable to pay the costs etc, although there shouldnt be a problem with any thing as i have two independent witnesses aswell, but so far they do seem very efficient
