Right, as the last thread has been zapped, we need to get this on the ball again!

I know we had 15 or 16 cars on the list, and i can remember some of them, so i'll start a list. Apologies if i don't remember you were on it - just add yourself! Scott will then confirm all payments received so far and we'll go from there.

Please update the list with how many tickets/car passes you need. NO FURTHER PAYMENTS PLEASE

Hi

Can I ask for two tickets please?

What does the car pass include? Does it mean my car will have to be on the stand, which don't mind, but I don't think the standard of it is worth putting on show.

Yes, car pass gets you in early and on stand rather then outside with the public parking.

Hi guys i was on the original list for 1 car and 2 tickets hope im still able to get on the stand??? Ive been waiting to find out the email to pay the money ill send the money tomorrow if thats still cool?? I hope

We will all meet up down the road from Brands where tickets will be handed out, then convoy in as a group. Our usual meeting spot is just off the M25 - full times/details to follow once we know more.

I've received the tickets and car passes We need to be on our stand and setup by 9am, and last year we met at about 8am and then queued for nearly an hour to get in.

Rather than doing this again, we will meet at the usual spot on the A20 (just off M25) at 7:30, to leave in convoy by 7:45am at the latest.
For those who haven't been before, the meet point is the entrace road to an industrial estate here:

If anyone is planning on booking a trackday slot, please make it known and we'll try and make sure your car isn't blocked in on the stand!

I'm not sure whereabout our stand will be (in the last 3 years, we've been in 3 completely different places!) so when we arrive, don't disappear as we will be shuffing cars into whatever layout fits best

You may just be in luck - i've got just 1 or 2 spare stand passes left. If you want to pay on the gate, you're welcome to take one of these and join us on the SES stand. Please let me know if you're definitely attending, as we've had a bit of last minute interest.

Hi Robin,

No - please don't send us any money. You can't pay us anymore as the advance tickets have already been ordered and sent to us and I can't get any further tickets this way. You will need to pay the £22 per person on the gate to get in (we will have a few late additions doing this I expect).

The car passes for the SES stand are free - they simply give you access to the club stands area rather than having to park in the public car park.

any chance i could get a pass and pay on the gate, my ppp bug eye will be gleaming lol, plus my new 2.1 is being mapped thursday might take it round the track. ive already got the ses stickers in back windows so wont look out of place

Don't know it, just look at the Google Maps link in this thread. Exit the M25 at J3, then take the A20 east (sign posted as Brands Hatch). After about 100 metres, turn left at the roundabout into the industrial estate and we'll all be queued up there.

OK folks, some more information.


- Due to extended track activities, the public track time sessions have been cancelled. (Don't blame me! )

- We must all enter via the Paddock Entrance (Scratchers Lane) and NOT the main entrance.

- Be at the meeting point at 7:30am!

- I originally said we would leave at 7:45am - this has now changed! Be there at 7:30am and we will leave as soon as everyone has arrived and I have handed out tickets.

- Please do not be late! We will not be able to wait for you if you are late.

Edited your post Martyn as been sent a higher res version from the organisers via email

Not a bad spot. From what i remember, theres a bank to the rear of the grass area which we can line up against in a curve, with the gazebo in the middle. We can then line up the rest in front, with the nicest scoobs in the front row.

Doh, just replied on facebook..... copy & paste time

i've emailed the Modified Live organisers to ask the question. My assumption is that you will queue up to get in with the rest of us at the Paddock Entrance, but I will confirm as soon as i hear back....

OK, those needing to buy tickets on the gate can do so at the Paddock entrance when the rest of us go in - theres a ticket booth selling them.

Means we can all come in together

Hi guys, is it worth me getting a couple of throw away bbq's? If everyone chips in and gets some food we can throw on them or are we not allowed?? Just a thought

Pretty sure they don't allow bbq's as they have their own stands selling hot food. I think a few people (Dave and Mrs) are bringing some picnic stuff, if its anything like the one at Goodwood they'll be plenty spare

Yes, its open to the public from 9am if you want to use the public car parks and then walk in. £22 on the gate.

Scoobs all cleaned and even got a wax today (in the garage to avoid the rain!). Really hope its dry tomorrow, weather forecast looks a little better now than it did when i looked last night at least!

Had to wash mine outside today, god damn sap marks all over the bonnet! unable to get them off because of this so called British Summer weather! Will be bringing the clay kit with me to hopefully sort it out if the rain leaves off, other than that looking forward to meeting everyone tomorrow.
