Had to try a couple of times, but spoke to him on Friday last week, and once again was a star and sorted out my insurance on the M3.

I have been speaking to him in the last week on and off. I know he's been really busy as of late.

Like Tim said, drop him a PM

I got through to him easily enough today (about lunch time) and sorted everything I needed to. First time i rang it wasn't answered, but i phoned from my office phone which displays as a 0870 number - wondered if Gary thought it was some sales junk.

Called on my mobile after that and he answered quickly

Well i don't normally have a moan but the excuse hes very busy at the moment doesn't cut it anymore, i had a direct number for him (apart from the 0845 number) but now that goes straight to Keith Michaels and they transfer me to him, or should that be answer phone again, will try again tomorrow but it would be nice to get a reply after leaving messages

Rant over

Don't leave a voicemail, i get about 15 messages per hour, so can't check them.

The recording doesn't say to leave a message, it says to try in 15 minutes.

You need to use 0208 2880275, or a pm is always a good idea.

Seeing as me being busy doesn't cut it anymore, if anyone wants to come and help me clear the 51 pm's on Scoobynet, the 48 voicemails, the 35 e-mails, the 20+ written messages, and help cover for my collegue who is holiday and who's work i have to cover..... then that'd be greatly appreciated.
