Home Brew
Anyone do this ive just been given and shed load of kit from the old man and fancy brewing some Ales and Cider.

if youve got the time mate deffinatly give it a go, my grandad used to make his own cider and wine a hell of alot stronger than whats in the shops, get some great smells too lol

We did this about a year or 2 ago when i was at uni. All I can say is I still have my sight, most tasted not great and I had some remarkable hangovers attributed to them!

I gave it a try a few years back. Tasted ok (ish), as stated, gives the worst hangover you will EVER have.
It is a crack though. |

i gather the hangover is due to the tannin or sediment - time for a bulk buy of apple juice and have a go at some turbo cider

should be ok the longer you leave it, you need to filter it quite a few times and let it settle, thats why it takes soo long but well worth it
