It's getting silly now. Most of the money goes to the government

The government want us to stop using our cars, wonder what would happen to the country if nobody drove for a week?

As above, even though vpower near me is 121.9 now, its still way cheaper to drive.

The daily fair for T-wells to SE London is £25.00!! And thats 3 changes...

get used to it guys, think about it petrol will never ever go down!
not when people are happy to pay (im guessing here as im not a pub user)£3.00 a PINT of beer, and £6.00 a packet of fags(which lets face it you COULD live without!)
any government know that the easy way to screw joe public is
1/fags
2/booze
3/petrol/car tax

This is the thing i have not drunk for about 5 years now(May have a Shandy in the summer) And went from 20 fags a day down to between 0-5 a week on will power alone mainly so i could keep the car as not just a play thing.Looks like it's out with the push bike more.

Its getting expensive for me to go anywhere now.

Project car is a 2.3l supercharged Merc, run-a-bout is a 2.0l Merc, drive a transit & escort van - both diesel for work.

Think i need another car with a smaller engine

Maybe it's time for blockades again. Needs something done very soon

As long as I can still afford it I will pay whatever...my life will be sorely wretched without a fast car in it so as I don't have kids, don't smoke , don't drink much then I just have to go with it.

This is one of the reasons I got rid of my MY04 in 2008. I was using it 15 miles a day and then some local driving at the weekends. I was totalling no more than 100 miles and putting in £20 to £25 a week.

Doesn't sound too bad, but my budget was £50 for the month

Popped to the one in Staines off junction 13 on my way to work.

£1.25.9!!! ffs!!

After spotting a post over on SN about the shortage of V Power for the next 7 .........YES 7 WEEKS I filled up 3 gerry cans as an emergency.

The government don't give a flying ****. Those stuck up bunch of ****s have subsidised travel paid for and driven around in V8 Jags not to mention there entourage in V8's etc.

Guess who's pocket that comes out of guys. YES, YOU and ME..........the TAX payer.

Still can't wait for the summer. Going to use my local MP's swimming pool at his property he claimed for recently from my council tax. And when I do I am going to take a masssssssssive curly sue in it.

Another thing that gets on my tits is that have put the fags and booze up. I admit I enjoy it. And the fact they have the audacity to tax more on that when I pay my NI and those tossers at HMRC every month really annoys me and you get these illegal immergrants giving housing and funding........not to mention those worthless parasites who have never worked a days graft in there life.......it is in my own words ........A ****ING FLEECING.

****S

But back on topic. Petrol prices are increasing and sadly guys it will continue. Stay strong.

Steve

We will walk around with meters around our necks taxing the air we breath next, or a meter attached to how much of a dump we take.

In which case I would like to donate the first £5, by saying and doing the following:-

You blood sucking, **** heads who have nothing better to do than **** us over, which then will be followed by me taking a big dump on your lounge floor after a heavy curry session.
