Default Question largely to JGM with regards exhaust !?

Hi Simon,

Picked myself a cheap classic wagon as a play thing with a few goodies on it, and currently has a full 3" HKS system on it, but its just too noisey for me.

Was wondering what system you had on your blob ?. I have heard the revolution are a quiet 3" system, but if yours is running a revolution its still not quiet enough for me, as I thought yours was pretty loud when I heard it.

I'm hoping I can retain my downpipe and mid section and just replace with it with an alternative quiet 3" bore backbox. Any recomendations or come across any 3" systems which are super quite, ( stock prodrive type quiet or as close to ) ?.

If a quiet 3" system don't exist then I'm left with the option of replacing the complete system back to a 2.5" system which I don't really fancy doing.

Thanks
Rob

The bolt pitch centres on my 3" system are about 11.5cm v's 9.5cm of a 2.5" system, else i would have looked to just bolt up one of a couple of spare 2.5" backbox's I have.

Thanks for the offer, but very spooky, but JGM was just about to put up a revolution 3" for sale and done a deal with him on that. Should give me just what I'm after.

Looks like I'm going to be crawling around under the car for a while now
