if you got a ramp, air tools, 2hrs max have done them 1hr.

disconect battry
remove tmic or n/s fmic pipe
undo 2 14mm bell housing bolts, bottom starter nut (17mm) undo 10mm bolt above the rear mount(eath strap)
un clip speedo wiring/cable , un clip speed sensor/reverse light wireing
remove 14mm nut and bolt on top dog bone mount slacken off other end, pull mount up and lock off the back bolt so it stays up, remove 2 14mm bolts on slave cylinder, next to the slave cylinder there is a 10mm allen key undo this and remove the plug in the hole wind a 6mm long bolt it there and pull out pivot pin once out disconect top return spring lift clutch arm upwards to pull out of relese bearing.

in the air

Un do 6 rear prop u/j protection plate undo the 4 12 nuts on the rear prop flange then the 2 14mm bolts on the center mount slid propshart out of box( you may want to catch the oil i have a spare prop end i quickly slide in so no oil is lost) un to the gear box mout/support pan un do the 2 front 17mm bolt then the 4 14mms from the mount to the box then the 4 outer 14mm bolts at the rear of the box. 14 mm exhaust bracket and the 2 12mm nuts on the box to remove the braket, undo the 12mm nut on gearbox rear stay(dont lose the sping) then the 12mm nut and bolt on the gear selector .
knock the roll pins out( the holes are off set so will only go bk on 1 way.)
lever the box side to side to remove the shafts off the box. undo the last 2 14mm nuts on the bottom of the bellhousing.(spray the bellhouseing dowls in duckoil/wd40) then leaver like crazy

then put it back to gether

i set the relese bearing/fork up on the gearbox and put the plug back in when on the ground, when geabox back in pull arm back once its clicks its locked in.

hope this helps tone
