Exclamation I finally bought another one

So after a couple of months of looking I finally committed to a 2.0 wrx 2006 Blob eye in silver, has grey wheels and a produce spoiler. It's a nice drive and I just smile every time I look at it at the moment. Only problem with it is it has a knocking from what sounds like the back end at low speed. Have been told it maybe the shocks so I'm looking to replace. Does anyone know where to get them at a decent price at all please?

Also what's people's thoughts on blow off valves and are they any good for the motor?

Thanks

Steffan

Sounds good - KYB Excel Gs are often available on eBay, or from Import Car Parts, if you want to stick with standard stuff. Official dealers will charge the earth.

You might want to check the droplinks and ARB mounts for wear in case it's not the shocks at all, will be much cheaper to replace them!

Yeah trying to keep it standard as possible. Have been looking at kyb so I think I'm going to go that option. Just got to work out exactly what I need.

You can download the KYB full catalog from their website. It'll give you the part numbers for every model - and then you can hunt online elsewhere for them

If you look in the for sale part section, someone is breaking a hawk WRX. Maybe they have what you need?.

I have the parts ready to go after looking online at an online shop called buycarparts.co.uk. They have an app as well where you can get things a bit cheaper so I'm hopefully getting from there. Tried looking for the online KYB full catalogue but can't find it without downloading to my phone
