Default Rusty arches - bodyshop recommendation needed

I can't leave it any longer, it will only get worse and I'm looking for some help.

My rusty rear arches need attention. Can anyone recommend a car body repairer in Surrey, Sussex or South London. The car is a keeper so I want a proper job doing that will bring it back to new. I also know that these can be a lot worse when stripped back

Ideally I'd like to use someone who knows scoobies

a few on here have had some done down Hastings way recently, mine is due to go in sometime over summer, i am using a guy that has done some good work so far on mine, he works on old Renault Alpines and other rare Renaults, he's based in Burgess Hill, Mid Sussex.

Whereabouts in Surrey are you?

There are a couple of places that come up time and again on Surrey Scoobies, but I don't have personal experience of them.

Could be worth a search and question on there too... though be warned, the forum is a touch quieter than it used to be due to a massive IT meltdown last year. It's building back up though.

Might be a bit far for you, but this lot are in northfleet. http://legendvs.com
I follow them on Instagram, and the work they do is top notch. Including a couple of rusty classics and a lot of mk1 focus rs that have needed new arches and/or sills. Definitely where mine will be going when the time comes.

Right, so definitely worth a squizz on Surrey Scoobies.

Canada Coachworks comes up a lot for repairs, spraying, etc. so I suspect they'll be someone to have dealt with arch problems for members.

If you want the best, you have to commit!

It's a good point, I probably should have put that they're in Byfleet!

Mine before

And after:

Also involved rebuilding the inner arches, sills and jacking points. The arches were rebuilt using a new pair of front wings. Done by BW Coachworks between Hastings and Rye.

Thanks all, I'll certainly check out Canada Coachworks, their name comes up quite a lot and Byfleet is local enough
