Default Metasat issues

Has any one got the metasat on the road tracker on their Subaru?
If so have you had any issues with sms commands not working.
Mine will notify me if alarm goes off but that is all it does do, not sure if
I have correct number for the sms,am assuming it will be the same number
that alerts me to the alarm.Any help appreciated.

I think the alert is on a different number.
Are you paid up ?
They did run for free for a while despite the website stating you need to renew. However I think they updated the system last June as I got a call from them asking if I still had the car.
I said no and that I was still getting txt message for each time they opened the boot with alarm on. It stopped after that call.

+393399943201

Was the number I used as still have it in my contacts

I think you text Sat.status to it but that's a guess as it was over 2 years ago.
Sometimes the response was slow.
I did immobilise by text once and then re-mobilised ok. But the next time I tried it took several hours to re-mobilise.
