Default Clutch

Looking to get a new clutch, my classic is already fitted with exedy clutch but wanting to upgrade with one that will cope with some more power have been looking at exedy pink box which can handle upto 400bhp but don't know if it's been prove so I'm stuck so any info will help thanks .

The pink will hold that bhp. The torque is what can be a problem, but that would probably do your box before. People have run over 400 bhp on those boxes no problem , and on that clutch too, but it all just comes down to how you drive it of course. I run that clutch on my classic and it holds the power well.

J2000 is running high 400's on a 2.1 on his pink and it's not given him any grief.

Pink box it is then order that when I've got few extra pennies lying around and might as well do the flywheel just to be safe .

I'd order a A.C.T. if it was me , take far more Tourque for the same £££

I was looking at the competition clutch C.J as another option .
