Looks like the person in the Mazda was at fault although I don't know how fast the Lambo was going.

Nice to see they all rushed to the lambo to make sure the blonde passenger was safe! Did look like the mazdas fault, but it's hard to guess how fast the lambo was going before he anchored up. Didn't look like he was caning it though.

He got video'd a few streets away "launching" from a standing start not long before the wallop, but assuming he didn't go from stationary I can't see why the Mazda didn't just stay put.

Lambo was pushing it albeit not full on, you can see he was not driving appropriately for the road. Yes car pulled out on the lambo, but the lambo must have been doing in excess of 30mph at the point of impact. If he had been doing 30 at the approach with breaks the size of Dustbins he could have stopped on a penny and avoided it.

No one hurt though, and don't suppose the Lambo driver gives a stuff as it will be insured, gives him something to talk about with his fellow Bankers in the pub, and he probably has a plenty of other toys tucked up in his garage to keep him happy until the replacement arrives.

Thing is though, if you saw someone belting down a street at speed would you pull out?

I wouldn't.

They may have been driving inappropriately, but unless they were stopped then accelerated hard I can't see it being anyone but the Mazda driver's fault.

i think he was going a little fast, but his brakes wouldnt have been of any use anyway as he was airborne once he met the front of the mazda. I would gues at 30-35MPH considering he stopped fairly quick once he had wheels on the ground again

ouch.... lambo was left hand drive so probably/maybe saw the car coming out later than if it was a right hand drive as well.
