What to do
Do i get another wagon as seeing Jura's thread has got me thinking about one again but then i've been there, done that and got the t-shirt (or f***ed piston in my case lol), or do i give the barge what it deserves (a supercharger)

The Monaro is great and if it still floats your boat, then supercharger all the way
If you miss the wagon (I bet you have for some time now, as it was a bit special:SUBARMAN then, its time to change back Be lots more work to get the wagon how you'd like it though......... No help really |

I Guess it all depends on how much you like the monaro mate. Supercharger will be fun for sure, but not worth doing it and then in 6 months changing it anyway. I got to the point with mine about 6 months ago where I considered changing it, but after driving the options and everytime getting back in it an laughing, I decided to keep it and carry on modding.

Forget a blower on the barge mate.
That sort of blower will be very tame as it is designed to fit an OE motor. Normally with blown American V8's the blower is wayyyy down the list after £ 1000's have been spent on internals and making the motor strong etc. You will have more fun in a Scoob |

Blimey, good question.
The problem is, you obviously like both. But as you say with the Scooby, "Been & Done That". It really depends on which one floats your boat the most. I'm going to get me some pliers, to pull the fence splinters out of my pooper! |

Can't be the same sort of fun saluting other Monaro owners.
Get a cheaper classic wagon and experience the "rawness", as you've not had one of those. Good luck with your decision Ian!! :SUBARMAN:

:mod:Spend spend spend on the Scoob to get it to perform like a supercharged Monaro. It will be on the edge of bangness! Supercharge it Granby. The car will be reliable & proper quick with a fantastic sound to back it up. No brainier really mate. Handling mods can be had for your car.

I've driven one with a charger Granby. Has gone into the old memory banks as some of the best fun I've had on 4 wheels. Deep down I'm really a bike man & cars are not taken that seriously. The supercharged Monaro thingy vxr8 is serious kit.
