Smile New member- Legacy 3.0R

I am a new member who has joined as I have a Overheating problem on My Subaru legacy 55 Regn- 100k Subaru..3.0 R-Auto

Car over heated and possible Head gasket issue suspected...have been quoted 1.7 k near abouts so looking for guidance in terms of who should i be talking to..

Lots of local guys here but try uklegacy for advice on the ez30 I know API did a forged build on one recently but generally the best advise is a transplant!

Don't forget the EZ30 has a timing chain, 100 odd bolts just to remove the cover so labour costs on a HG replacement start to make sense!

yes ,considering buying a Japanese Engine which has done less than 50k miles and doing a swap as it may be worth 700-800 additional
