I registered last night but we won't hear for a while yet whether we're accepted for displaying a car I guess.

Scott T said at Saturday's meet that he has registered as well.

Hopefully see you there,

I registered back in May and only heard that I'd been accepted for the display today!

I had intended to, but now have a clash with my son's rugby fixtures... given I coach, I can't really turn my back on it.

It'll free up a place though as I cancelled my registration. The FSTi has commanded a grid place a couple of times, so that might be good news for those going for a spot!

I put in an application in July but haven't heard anything, guessing they're probably overrun with applications for Imprezas.

Let me know if anyone is interested in a convoy down, although by the looks of things most of you are down by the coast anyway!

Somewhere in one of the paddock areas I’ll be at a Keith Michaels stand (by myself)

If anyone wants to rescue me with tea and bacon rolls I’ll remember you at renewal time

Yeah definitely come and find me.
I’ve hardly been in this week and I’m off quite a bit next week, so my Goodwood office is the best option, lol

Does anyone else's pass have their car registration on it or are you supposed to fill it in yourself?

What time is everyone getting there? These events seem to be getting earlier each year, it says it opens for display vehicle from 6:30am! Then for public from 8am. I'm bring Claire and Ellie along so very much doubt we'll be out there before half 7 at the earliest

Yes, mine has my reg and a barcode on it.... why, doesn't yours? You had to enter a reg number when registering your vehicle.

We may pop along around 8 we’ll be in the plebs parking anyway which saves washing the car at least!

Nice day for it

Good weather, nice cars, coffee and a nice sausage bagette (even if it cost 7 quid!) but hey, its Goodwood. Food is always expensive

Wandered past your stand Gary, saw your car but guess you were off looking at stuff.

2 Owner car, picked it up this time last year with 33k on the clock. Bought it to use it though so now done 52k!

I saw yours up the other end of the circuit, very clean indeed. Must be a low miler too!

A few photo's from Goodwood.
They aren't the best!...…..Low sun caused horrible flair, glare and long shadows but you get the gist. Apologies for the gratuitous P1 shots but a 22B to make up for it

My car ( or the wife's car to be exact) is on 48k. Got it just over 4 years ago with 25k on it & done about 5k per year.

Would have been funny to have together as they are pretty much identical 05 Crystal Grey STI's. Although I have a set of black wheels going on for the winter shortly as I am still on Bridgestone's RE070's on the gold wheels.

This if freaking me out.

We are the same person. Only got Toyo TR1's on my winters. Not Proper Winters like you.

I figure good tread, 4wd & living on the south coast with fresh sea aira couple of miles away should keep me moving. I had a 130i before the Subaru about 5 years ago and had proper Winters for that. Mildest winter ever!
