Re: My old STi IV and current Type-25
Both nice cars matey, but that Type 25 is just so bloody nice!
Great figures too. Have you done anything to it? Or is it as it was from Litchfield? (I take it thats where she is from?) Stunning bit of kit mate, I really hope to see it at an SES meet soon. |

Re: My old STi IV and current Type-25
Thanks for your comments
Performance-wise it is as it was built by Power Station/Litchfield. I just added the leather, Defis, mesh, flaps, beesting aerial and horrendously expensive wheels Can't believe I've had it 4 years now. |

Re: My old STi IV and current Type-25
Cheers guys, I do try to keep it looking good.
The classic was standard apart from a Magnex de-cat centre pipe and back box. Great car, felt much faster that the T25 even if it wasn't. After I sold it (locally) I believe it was "modified" rather a lot. I've not seen it for a few years, but my wife saw it a month or so ago. Anyone on here I wonder? |

Re: My old STi IV and current Type-25
It's funny you should say about the classic feeling quicker. we've been talking about that recently.
I know my current scoob IS quicker than my old STi5 Import. But I had both on the drive for a month, and every time I got in the 5 it felt so much more brutal. |

Re: My old STi IV and current Type-25
Good to see it back on its old plate, and looking good too. The aerial has been changed (it was electric and had to be regularly maintained) and what are the chances of 5 spoke alloys ? Is it anyone on here?
As for the T25 who knows? I'll be taking it to Tewkesbury for its service next month but am hardly using it these days. Trouble is I wouldn't know what to get to replace it. Hey Keith, I see they've got a smilie for us |

Yes Phil! I have used it quite a lot!!
The owner is a young guy who bought it off the Poker Man in Kings Drive. I never got his name and I don't think he comes on here.

Re: My old STi IV and current Type-25
Saw the old car by chance at Birling Gap last weekend. It now has a new front spoiler. I think I might have sorted out the rear arches (again) before putting that on, but hey ho, each to their own
