Even the Facebook page is quiet Terry, you're not missing out on anything.
If it's of any interest I serviced mine the other day, think I'd only done 300 miles since the last oil change over a year ago.

Don't think anyone is doing that much milage, but 300 is really low. Hopefully meets will recommence soon that will increase activity.

It's worse than that, it's only done 129 miles in the 11 months since its last MOT.

It’s a shame Terry. At first I though Facebook had killed it but it sounds like even that page is quiet (I’m not on facebook). I guess life just moves on, but i too miss the SES ‘busy days’. Ive never found another club quite like it.

Hope everyone is well.

Even after lockdown first event post added and only 3 names in the list
Perhaps everyone is just lurking

Thank goodness "Viper 1982" who has been keeping the site going. Unfortunately most of the time I have no idea what Scott and him are talking about.

Beat you, I managed 126 miles between MOTs this year - and 22 miles of that was driving to the MOT place Mind you, it did spend 6 months in the garage minus an engine...

Hey Steve, yeah, its very quiet lately. I think everyone is still just not sure when to kick normality back into gear after covid. There may be no official restrictions now, but a lot of people seem to be very cautious (understandable). Hopefully next year - assuming we don't have another wave/variant, then people will get back into meets/events more.

Yep mine just had mot (and failed), did 153 miles since last one and 40 miles was the round trip to get it done.

Unsurprisingly it failed on defective handbrake.

the FSTi only did 52miles over the last year and has only done 6K in since April 2018.........

most likely the reason it will end up being advertised soon

I've done just under 3,000kms, reading what others have done that now seems like high mileage.
