Default Seat belt tensioner

I know this is a bit petty, but its starting to annoy me.The tensioner for the front seat belt doesn't fully retract the seat belt and just wondered if its possible to tighten it up.

Not sure on that but, take the inner trim off the pillar and trim the spines you see back - it should free up then.
