If they havent been done before, or in a while, changing droplinks and arbs is one of the best mods to do. Car can feel completely afterwards.

Rear anti roll bar and drop links is a good starting point, well worth doing

No defo have not been changed yet. So you rekon i should change the front and rear drop links and just the rear anti roll bar

Or, just do the droplinks and the arb bushes, very cost effective mod.

on a type-R (or any import car with alloy front wishbines) then you have a steel rose joint style front d/link anyhows, IMO this is perfect for a road car and just leave as is as long as they show no signs of wear.............
rear d/links and possibly rear bar do help but all depends on what/how you use your car

I've got uprated rear bar and drop links and the whiteline Rose jointed fronts, quite happy with this setup, felt no need for doing the front yet
