Default Richard Burns Video

Guys,

I had this video from the RB Foundation today. Really emotional to watch so if you are a motorsport nut like me then you will need tissues.

It is the reason I bought my car and it reminds me of how much I still miss watching him. What a legend.

Either of these links should get you there.

Still very hard to get your head around, even 6 years later. Great tho that the family have done so much good work for the cause.

Thanks for posting that Jay. Very sad to watch, he had a great attitude for rallying and loved watching him on the stages on Wales. The fight for the title in 2001 with Colin was brilliant.

Can't believe its been 6 years since both this and Michael Park passing.

Well done Jay.

We got our first Subaru in 2000 and met Richard that year, when he was well on the way to winning the championship. Meeting him at the FOS that year was a highlight of our association with Subaru. Sadly he lost out that year but we were really involved in his rallying struggle from that point on. We have his autograph many times over and he was a brill chap to talk to. We joined the RBF as soon as it was formed, and I even have a collecting bucket in the garage.
