That sort of power in an RA it must be fooking quick. Well done mate I love it when people get sucked up into modding. Its not the money you spend {your not getting it back} its the smile on your face when it works.

We tried to take a picture of James in his car on the Mcrae run going up the M40 but he put his foot down and all we got was the back of the car only and all the noise

I have a spare boot lid im going to chop up to make light and will fill the holes for no spoiler for drag racing

Then i get the best of both worlds

Update after 5th round

well it didnt start to well this morning after leaving the shell in Leatherhead with the clutch slipping, then just seamed to fix and grip every run on the motorway so i decided to go up to shakey

First run was ok in 1st with a little slipping high up the revs in second, third and fourth were fine... what ended in a run of 12.143 @119mph and put me in 4th in class

2nd run and launch perfect and into second and the revs flew to the limiter with no movement, same for third and fourth and crossed the line 13.6

So decided to stop and let the clutch cool down and maybe try a run later, but as i sat watching the action all three above me broke out of class and put me first

So in the end i won class, collected another Trophy and finished the season in 4th or 5th (not sure how the points worked on slower cars)

So what next....... well over the winter the whole cars gonna have some big changes

Watch this space

So far the parts i have collected are

CDB that will be stripped and sent off to SMG

GT30/76R twisted with custom downpipe, uppipe and external wastegate with screamer pipe

Have secured a lockup to keep the car in now, so im really going to strip the whole thing out and lose anything not needed

Hoping to be back and ready for the SIDC trackday at Brands on the 22nd of feb

Didnt really want to, but as i know i will go even bigger sometime next year than the GT30R... im going to have to change from PPG to 6-speed

And to my luck ive sourced a WR1 DccD box, prop and rear diff with 24,000 miles on it for a too good price to turn down

Going to have a few bits to get rid of very soon

Autosportif Semiclosed bottom end fully forged, the build cost over £6000

Zen built 5speed PPG, bought as a straight cut but very silent so will be phoning Zen, will come with rear diff and prop if needed

Any one looking for any bits let me know

Dont really want to mate, but with the new set-up maybe being good for abit over 500bhp and you knowing me how fast i get bored and want more.... i'd be a fool not to with the deal i got and might as well get something for it than break it and get nothing
