Default Up pipe

hi, i had a new decat up-pipe fitted about a month ago (same time as new engine fitted) now just to follow my luck with this car, just got back from holiday the uppipe has blown, my mechanic cant do anything till the 17th and i havent driven the car over 40 miles for 5 months due to one disaster after another and wanna be back on the road

this site http://www.scoobyparts.com/acatalog/..._NEW_AGE_.html

states the up-pipe is "easy DIY fitment" is this true? it looks like a sod of a job!!

cheers, Nick
