Default SES Lunch Meet - The Robin Hood Inn - Sat 30th September
September's meet will be a lunch meet at The Robin Hood Inn, Bluebell Hill, Kent on Saturday 30th September at 12:30pm.

The pub are more than willing to book their side bars for our party dependant on numbers.

The location of the venue is:
364 Common Road, Blue Bell Hill, Chatham, Kent ME5 9RJ

The Robin Hood is a charming 700 year old Grade II listed Inn reported to be one of the oldest in England and visited by pilgrims on their journey along The Pilgrims Way. Nestling in woodland in an area of 'oustanding natural beauty' in the heart of Kent.

I need to get an idea of numbers as the venue order fresh produce in daily, and also if people could put up what they want to eat so I can let them know in advance that would be a great help!

This was a well attended meet back in March, and everyone commented on how good the food was so the more the merrier!

Looks like some of the menu choices have gone missing in the quoted posts above... so I think the below is the correct list.

Still need menu choices from Lucky, Simon/Jo, Sean/Jason.

1. Rdlangy1 & LauraBug - Sausage & Fried onion baguette + portion chips / cheese & Honey Roast Ham baguette + portion of chips
2. Lucky
3. NL03Scooby - Nachos with Chilli starter, Battered Fish, Chips & Peas main
4. 555_Si & Wagon_Jo in the french thing
5. Bolesroor & Intow - Liver and bacon + Cowboy chilli "Yee haw"
6. Simon-Sti --- Chilli jacket spud with extra cheese
7. wrx350....home made beefburger with cheese and chips.(yum).
8. Granby - Home made beefburger with cheddar topping & chips
9. Steve, Claire & Ellie Homemade beef Burger with cheese and chips + Toasted Pine Nut, Beetroot & Goats Cheese Salad + Kids jacket potato with baked beans.
10. Neil, Lucy and 2 girls 2x roast chicken 1x kids hamburger
11. Sean, Jason, Ciaron
12. beaster - Pork Medallions + onion rings on side

I've held off as its looking likely I am working. We are flat out at the moment so having to take a day in the week. Will know definitely tomorrow so I'll post up. Did think about just wizzing out for an hour or so but its Kent!. The RS is quick, but not that quick lol.

Hi All,

Spoke to the pub and confirmed everything and pre-booked the meals for those who indicated above.

Few small things -

Those who haven't sent menu choices will have to order tomorrow upon arrival and so may not get their meals delivered with the rest of the group as the chef will start cooking the pre-booked meals when you walk in e.t.c.

Neil / Lucy - Roast chicken isn't on the weekend Menu I have been told, so could you make another choice tomorrow. Alternatively if you ring 01634 861500 and say your from the Scooby group coming tomorrow, and your names, you could prebook a different meal tonight so you have it brought out with everyone else. Also - you said 2x girls, but only one kids meal - again please confirm this with the venue.

Hope everyone has a superb time, and apologies I cannot be there (again!).
