Big fmic fitted
Granbys old aps 725 fitted at last, Brent at SMD did a brilliant job as usual.
Needs a different intake pipe which is on order and a remap so at the moment driving under 4k revs! Before after doing this you get to this.....and he cleaned my engine bay and did an oil change...what a star!!! I'm going to get him to trim back the black panel under the number plate to allow more air in when i get the new hose fitted. |

nice one mate, looks very tidy, good old Brent has done another good job
would definately get the black plastic trim removed to maximise the airflow to it. |

Looking good.
Thats an extreme way of getting your engine bay cleaned though.

Looking the absolute doggies Tim
Agree with the comment about removing the black trim though, to maximise the cooling ability. You wouldn't want any hot spots matey. |

Obviously now the intercooler spray is useless....is there much point in me putting this down the front to spray the new intercooler?

The only thing to consider is having a second nozzle |

You will need a pressure valve to prevent the water running out of the nozzle as the nozzle is lower then the water tank.

Is it worth the effort scott or is it best to do away with the weight of the tank for the little gain at the front?

If it only has manual I wouldn't bother, as the FMIC won't sufffer the heat soak in traffic that the TMIC does and you can't really drive hard enough to require it and press the manual button at the same time. It will only really be of benefit on the RR whilst trying to achieve that ultimate figure. But then the operator can spray water on it if that's what floats your boat...... I'd do away with it, no real benefit on the FMIC
