Guessing you mean Oil Modine then?

Can get them from Advanced Automotives Brace your self!

Unless you are a Spec C?

Other option would be to not bother and add an aftermarket oil cooler on a thermo plate - this will be slightly more but much better, however the oil may not warm up as quickly which can in turn cause issues.

Does that mean you can take out the oem Modine? Because mine is most likely full of metal filings. Also it looks like to fit these aftermarket coolers u have to use a sumo adaptor between the oil filter and engine...... I already have a sumo adaptor for my gauges :/

You'd fit a sandwich plate between the block (usually oil modine) and filter I believe although am not 100% sure you can remove the modine and use the sandwich plate straight onto the block with no fitment issues. The plate should ideally be thermostatic so that it allows the oil to warm up - without a modine in effect warming the oil on start up it can take a while for oil to reach operating temp (80 degrees or so). The modine cools the oil with the water in the coolant circuit so will have a warming effect as well as cooling
