Default Thoughts on hsd coilovers

Hi guys anyone's used or using hsd coilovers
And is 7/4kg springs ok for road or 6/4 on a newage

Doesn't sound too bad! I would say 7 and 5 or 6 and 4, try to keep the difference a little less

I have run these on my blob for the past 12 months and have had no issues.
Never been on track with them and have them on a relatively soft setting due to the miles I travel.
