can anyone tell me what time to get there for as i wanna be there in plenty of time, (its realy so i can give the poor little satnav time to get us lost at least twice ) plus was hoping who ever might be coming from over this way,that we could poss meet up so get there together,anybody have any ideas??

Dont worry theres normally a few who meet up to go togethor, i got sat nav too and dukey baby is organising a cooooonvoy so all should be good. Will be my first meet for aaaaages!!! Now wheres me santa hat?

Basically all of the things you mentioned.

You meet up with a load of other scooby owners, drink, eat, chat about mods, ask questions or for help if you need it. You will find us a nice friendly bunch.

If you look for one of the SES moderators who will be there (Myself, RobVXD, Crowman, Dukeboy, CJ) or anyone with a South East Scoobies showplate attached, introduce yourself and we can go from there!

It's never really a problem. Pics are fine as long as you remember when posting them to blank out the number plates.

Bit more difficult with the video to do that. Lots of people have video'd runs and the like so I don't expect you will encounter any problems. Again though, do all you can NOT to get number plates in shots
