Default Rust ☹️

Noticed a bit of noise coming from osf whipped the wheel off as was going to spring clean the brakes while checking it out, turns out it was a broken spring so no big-e but noticed quite a bit of rust on whatever that bit is, is it something that can be swapped out easily enough?
