Default Japan Earthquake & Tsunami Pictures

Shocking subject but some very good photographs.

I find it simply amazing how well the Japanese people seem to be getting on with things. If that was here, there would be mass panic, screaming and wailing. Hats off to them.

well they are used to earthquakes over there. their buildings for thousands of years have been designed to survive earthquakes. the sunami however dont think anyone can prepare for that !
saw on the news about 100's of bodies being washed up on the shoreline. Really gotta feel sorry for their families out there. you just now people will have relatives missing and they will be wondering if one of them boddies is gonna be a missing family member.
worst bit though is they recon the moon is gonna be unusaly close to the earth on the 19th of this month and at that time, the earth is at a higher risk of earthquakes than normal, so when the dust has settled, there may be more to come next weekend

Have been watching the aerial shots of the tidal wave moving inland taking houses, cars and people on it's way. Amazing footage, bloody scary

Its not getting any better for them yet. The power stations going bang, aftershocks, all the dead and missing people, then they have the clean up task and rebuilding after

They said on the new that theres estimated over 10,000 people dead and there not gonna be able to find over half because theve been washed out to sea also theve had to shut power off to some of the unaffected places because there isnt enough to go around.

The number is constantly growing. That 10,000 is said to be just from one area
