Can't find one on either site. There are telephone numbers and mailing addresses on both sites however, and the Japanese site does have an enquiry form but is all in Japanese;

http://www.subaru.jp/faq/inquiry/

I have been in email communication with STi Japan but can't find the e mails so may have deleted them or may have used my wife's mail account.
