Facelift bonnet.. what are the options?

Hi Im halfway through a facelift change on my turbo 2000. Its got the crystal headlights and im changing the front bumper and therefore doing the grill too, that just leaves the bonnet. I was wonderign what my options are as im struggling to get the newer facelift bonnet at a good price, they seem pretty rare and sort after. So...


1) i was looking at maybe going down the carbon fibre bonnet which are on ebay for around 400 note but just how good are they. Or...

2) are there any places in essex that will just do the facelift to the old bonnet, ie weld and smooth the extra bit over the lights?
