Haven't worked a full day in 2 weeks now

Only so many times you can put people off, and waterproofs are useless by lunchtime!

Bricks on the south side of the house have gone permeable and are full of water.
This is then leaking into our covered walkway between the house and garage.
The roof to this is well sealed as I have just re-done and double sealed everything but water still coming in.
It appears to be leaching out of the brickwork, most noticeable were it get as far as the damp course around the window frames.

Looks like I will be putting a damp course/lead tray in above this in the summer with these : http://www.cavitytrays.co.uk/pdf/23-Type-E.pdf

Other than the pond up the road from your place Gary. Any idea what the story was with the black Mondeo that was parked there for weeks.

We've had water coming in for the last couple of months too, nothing major but leaking around windows etc.

Haven't been in the garage for about 3 weeks and found it was over 2 inches deep in water the other day, its obviously coming in off the gutters somewhere and filling up (it can't run out under the main up-and-over door as its sloped upwards there).

Roll on summer!
