Drivetrain failure on the Subaru, gone in for repair and all covered by warranty.

That must be some kind of catastrophic mechanical failure from a manufacturing defect at that mileage, have you heard of any others?

To be fair it's only the engine on the mower that is made by Subaru, so not really a Subaru failure.
