Default Reading codes.

Does anyone know why when I connect the 2 black connectors under the steering wheel nothing happens? If I connect the 2 green ones the fans and boost solenoid works as it should but when I connect the 2 black wires all I get is the check engine light flashing, I did count how many flashes it done but when I got to 200 continuous flashes with no pause ect I got bored.

It should be connect the black connectors together, switch ignition on and you will get engine light flashing telling you if there's a code or not, you saying its not doing nothing ? When just the black ones connected and ignition switched on (not engine started) ?

Yours would indicate there's no codes/faults stored.
