Default Thought mapping was it!!!

Took scoob up to surry rolling road thursday for simon to mapp it. Had 2.1 engine put in it with 740 injectors, new intercooler and pipe work, oil catch tank and twisted garret gt30, BUT didnt even start the mapping, either injector screwed up or ecu. Had to leave it there to get sorted. If its the ecu any thoughts on syveck? At the moment got fc commander, on 95 ra. Cheers all.

Sorry to hear that mate. Are you sure the plugs were on the injectors properley. Always borrow my simtec as its not sold yet. Had no running issues at all with the engine.

Seemed to be over fueling on one cylinder. cleaned the plugs and just after starting would fire on all 4 cylinders then flood again, all injector plugs were checked and seemed fine

i don't know a great deal but you could try swapping the injector from the cylinder thats flooding, if a different cylinder floods it could be a faulty injector??

Syvecs is a great ECU - imho worth the extra over simtek.

sounds like a seal issue with the injector. as mentioned above try swapping or re-seating it (use a bit of washing up liquid on the seal).
If not seated correct the side feed leaks into the bore.
could be a slight seal leak or pinched o-ring

with your setup tho' I would considering getting an ECU that can run MAF'less
