How could someone own that for so long and only have 51 km on the clock? Criminal misuse!

I thought the Grist car had the engine rebuilt at some point, but it would make sense, as I believe the other #000 cars are all accounted for...

...or there are more #000 cars than originally thought!

Looking at the link this car has 51 kilometres, not 51,000 kilometres.
