Default Number plate sizes

Just wondered what size is the front import numberplate, dont really want a stick on one this time, im going for off to the side over the fog cover but just wondered what dimensions it was, had a look at the normal square numberplate size and its way too big.

is it specifically the jap size you want? Legally you can have any sized plate you want as long as the font and spacing are the correct size and distance apart...... i think the smallest size you can get for a 7 digit reg is 11x8 inches.....
