Default Shell v-power nitro +

Just got my points statement through online and there advertising a new fuel.

Anybody else heard or know anything about it? Octane rating / cost etc.

Someone on FB has put that it will be 110ron?

Bet it's still going to be more costly whatever it is.

Sounds good if they do what it says it does!! i was given a octaine booster nf i think?? oil type and researched it before using it and alot of tests were done with differnt fuels, results came back that momentom99 was up and down rangein from 96 -98 ron also octaine boosters claiming it can give upto 6 point and really only giving 0.6

I have a tank full outside in my wife's Impreza.

Be interesting to see if it makes a sod of difference. Price was the same a V Power.

Just done a run to Melton Morbray at Bishops Stortford services only a couple of pumps had v-power lots of v-power pumps closed? But was £1.549 a ltr. Refilled at Hawley Kent, garage had lots of V-power but at £1.409 I knew I should have filled up before I left.

I've used half a tank of the new stuff. It does make the throttle feel more crisp. It has a 5% ethanol content apparently

Had a butchers on google about this it has 25% more detergents in it and nothing about the 110 octaine rating so its just v-power with abit of redex
