Default Please help :(

Hi all, had a flat battery and tried to jump it through the ciggie lighter (it failed).

Then jumped it with leads and everything works but the HKS EVC. I'm now running on half boost

The EVC was fitted prior to me having the car, any ideas where to start?

Thank you
