Default My Front Bumper

When the FMIC was fitted my bumper was cut to allow pipes to come slightly through the bumper, the only thing is it left the car looking raw and unfinished, but i wanted to still see my blue pipes,so have had a little done to the bumper,so enabling me to still see them...

Default Yikes smokin engine!!

Had a blast home from Crawley tonight and when we pulled onto the driveway there was quite a bit of smoke coming from the engine out the main large scoop and the passenger side bonnet vent, looked under the bonnet and most of the smoke was comming from down under the black casing thingy (very technical i know) near where you can see the red samco hose on the photo below.

It didnt last long so im going to guess at oil burning off, it didnt smell too badly of burning oil tho, on my previous scoob i had a rocker cover gasket seal leaking oil like this but it was on the other side of the engine, do you get them on both sides?

thoughts pleeeeeease. cheers, dave

Can't help technically really. I guess it would have a rocker cover gasket the other side too but dont quote me on that.

Have you topped up the oil recently? I did on my other car and spilt a bit hten had smoke for a while after driping on to the exhaust manifold.
