Default Head gasket??

Hi people long time since I've been on here.
Got a r plate type r sti 2 door
Having a few probs with over heating, have fitted a new thermostat, changed the seals on the top of the block water ways.
Bled it up, fine when ticking over, and driving slow but when you put it under load the temp shoots up and the heater goes cold and the bottom hose on the rad goes cold as if it were air locked, but no signs of boiling over, but is loosing water but no signs of leaks
Could it be head gaskets or water pump?
Thanks for you help in advance
