What would you do with the raised area in the bumper for original number plate placement, smooth it off?

Can you temporarily fix the number plate in its new location to see how it looks, personally I think it's a bit "jdm drift car" looking.

Think it looks gash, unless you smooth the bumper off where the old plate was.

Oi Steve that's uncalled for! Although I agree just never got round to doing it and I'd have to make a custom grille as well!

In my opinion.... if its a JDM then fine. If its a UK car and you want to maximise airflow to a FMIC, then again, that's fine.

Otherwise, no.

Use the plate constructor, Halfords will only sell you a BS marked full size plate.

Ordered my 3/4 plate when I come back from Germany as well as my GB standard plate for the rear so I don't have to stick a sticker on next time!

One with the blue bit like this?

If we come out of the EU, we'll have to get rid of the euro stars

3/4 plates look great, but I'd be carrying a spare in the boot with an illegal font like that

Most get away with the smaller plate by having the correct font so it doesn't jump out and catch the attention of the local rozzers.

Haha yeah got the old front one in the boot with a fixing kit just in case. The rear is proper size and font! In the van all week so only use car at the weekend and not passed any 5-0 yet! I had a black mitsi 3000gt about 10 years ago with black number plates used to get stopped every time I went out in the car, I swear they used to park near mine and wait for me, in the end I just sold the car!!
